An iconic snack bar in town, lost in the foggy reminiscence of the local community. Generations, from youngsters till bygone folks lived stories lost in time. And the place faded away for more than a decade, after closing down and charismatic people taking another destinations. At the right moment, two young friends, decided to take the risk of bringing the space to life, especially in a part of the city where has been dishearten. Huge effort and huge challenge to make it back again! A bright white for cleanness feeling, raw beige for a natural mood and dark wood tone for a smooth contrast, utter with sublime black metallic details made the pallet. Identified the roll of needs, such as water and electricity supply, rearranging the gas pipeline for fire in kitchen, we decided to kept the good function elements like the charismatic bar counter, the bathroom’s fitting or the distributive entrance. Adding a new grill position in-between counter and kitchen, with a direct table service swinging door, a new dynamic was designed.  For the exhibition walls behind the bar, and more than a traditional random sort of bottle display, we tried to work out into full appealing parts, filled with distinct spirits and wines, salted jamones and rustic bread together with some materials as white beveled tiles clean walls, frosted or amber mirrors, lights and walnut veneers shelve creating a significant liveliness. The timeless light globes, spreading in smaller ones around the brewery makes a distinguished place to relax and have a good meal.
