The pastry, innovator for more than 3 decades, needed to reborn and to reach a diferent place in the local market.  For the occasion of it's 35 th anniversary - order to refurbish - dealing with the lack of some efficency and some others needs and new needs. Regarding displacement for new public offer as a brewery bar or the reinforcement of increasing deals like day-and-night meal versions, a strict budget made it's best. Recoating tables and chairs, dressing display vitrines and columns for a new appearance together with electricity or plumbing technical renew, a readapted bar counter and bathroom refurbishment made the appealing redesign in a vigilantly short period .
