Young family that buys a dwelling in a row housing development of medium-market category, but not fully satisfied with the interiors. Indeed, moreover with a context of real estate growth, housing often is presented at a level considered luxury and beyond, but repeatedly slips into commonplaces and overwhelmed speculative standards. The proposed work aimed to create a little more identity and add some extra design value, being the stairwell case, the kitchen and the three bathrooms those areas chosen for remodeling. New porcelain tiles, application of portuguese marble stone, with kitchen entirely redesigned with the family dynamics, a line of personalized bathroom furniture, made with Oak leaf and HDF, new hardware and a vertical table top staircase, enhance something unique to the place.
